The Vein Clinic is a UPSVIS specialty clinic, under the direction of Dr. Christopher Mehall, and established in 2001 for the sole purpose of proper diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins, deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and other venous diseases of the extremities. For years patients with painful legs and varicose veins, which may or may not lead to bulging varicose veins, had been under-diagnosed or had been presented with limited, incomplete or undesirable treatment options. The mission of The Vein Clinic is to utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options to present patients with a comprehensive treatment plan, which will offer the best possible outcome with minimal patient discomfort and short recovery time. Since its inception, The Vein Clinic has performed over 10,000 venous diagnostic exams and procedures – making The Vein Clinic the largest and most experienced venous specialty practice in all of Upper Michigan. Dr. Mehall is also the only certified member of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine in the Upper Michigan. We look forward to helping you get healthier legs!
